What are your business hours?My business hours are flexible to accommodate diverse schedules. I teach at various times throughout the day and week, so please never hesitate to send a request, no matter how unique it may seem. I'm here to find a time that works for you.

How long does it take to get a response?I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, any day of the week. You can often expect a quicker reply

Where are you located?My home studio is located in Finchley, North London, and I also teach frequently in Alexandra Palace. However, my teaching extends across all of London! I offer flexibility by traveling to clients' homes for private sessions or events, depending on your needs.

What should I wear/bring to class?For all classes, please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You might also want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. For public classes, mats are provided, but you are always welcome to bring your own if you prefer. If you're attending a more restorative or gentle session, bringing an extra layer like a jumper or blanket can enhance your comfort during stillness.

What if I'm new to yoga/a complete beginner?You are absolutely welcome. My classes, whether public sessions or private 1:1s, are designed to be inclusive and supportive for all levels, including complete beginners. We move at a gentle pace, focusing on mindful movement and offering modifications for every body. There's truly a space for everyone to explore yoga, no matter your experience level.

What is your cancellation policy?For general classes and ceremonies, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. For retreats and private sessions, unique terms apply to each booking. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of your reservation.
