Yoga is union - where breath meets stillness, movement finds meaning, and healing begins. Over six years ago, I stepped onto the mat seeking calm and connection. What I found was truly life-changing: clarity, strength, and a profound peace that transformed every aspect of my life.
 
In 2022, facing a sudden diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, yoga became my unwavering anchor. It held me through constant pain and uncertainty, helping me rebuild mentally, physically, and emotionally. This journey deepened my practice into something even more powerful, a testament to yoga's enduring support.

How I Teach: Connecting Mind, Body & Soul
 
My approach blends ancient yoga philosophy with a gentle, intuitive touch, working heavily with the mind, body, and soul. Whether you join a group session, a retreat, or work with me one-on-one, each experience is thoughtfully tailored to connect you to your roots and enhance your life both on and off the mat. We'll start with an open conversation, setting intentions to create a space for your growth and healing.
Yoga is for every body, every experience level, and every season of life. It supports physical health, emotional well-being, and mental clarity, teaching us to soften, strengthen, and navigate life with greater grace and presence.

Yoga Beyond the Mat

The profound shifts cultivated through yoga aren't confined to your mat; every breath, movement, and moment of stillness is a lesson in living. The mindfulness you practice in poses, the calm you find in breathwork, and the strength you build in your body naturally ripple outwards, equipping you with tools to navigate life's challenges with more grace, clarity, and resilience. This fosters a deep connection within yourself that positively influences your thoughts, reactions, relationships, and overall well-being in every moment of your daily life, impacting everything you do and everyone you interact with.
